I hear your story and take a detailed history. To that end, I create an individualized treatment plan including Assessment aimed at achieving the goals we set together.  For an initial appointment, it is recommended to schedule a minimum of a 75 minute massage therapy session to allow for formal health history intake, informed consent, an assessment and hands on treatment.
